  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

If I read this right, we give them everything, and they agree to not make a nuclear weapon, which they were already restricted from doing under the Obama regulations?

That about right?

Peace in the Middle East if Israel wants it.

That's what will doom this agreement:

"1. The Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, together with their allies in the current war, declare upon the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, and undertake that from now on they will not launch any hostile action against each other, and will refrain from the threat or use of force against each other. The final agreement will confirm the provisions of this Article and the remaining Articles.

  1. The United States undertakes, together with its regional partners, to create a comprehensive plan agreed upon by both parties for the rehabilitation and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, While ensuring financing of at least $300 billion. The implementation mechanism of this plan, as part of the final agreement, will be formulated within 60 days."

"with their allies in the current war"
"immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon"
"regional partners"

(cough) Israel (cough).

If USA and the Middle East and Europe want peace Israel will do what they are told. Or Iran starts hitting desalination plants and Europe has to deal with the mass migrations.

This is much bigger than most commenters know. Iran and China are done with USA's bullshit.

Pretty much. It's a total failure for US military power.

Terms of Surrender of the United States. How’s that for a 250 year anniversary present?

[–] ryrybang@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

Terms of Surrender with massive reparation payments.

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 1 points 1 week ago

Document of American surrender.
