The cases weren't lost. They were thrown out, dismissed or withdrawn the moment a judge asked for evidence. In order to lose a case a judge or jury must reach a finding. These trials never even got that far.
So is that better or worse?

but never actually tries to deny/countersue when getting sued, by his victims for SA, he knows he guilty and the files is really damning on him. and if he countersues back at the victim for "lying" discovery and the trial, epstein file will likely be televisted nonstop, thats probably why trump is avoiding the files as well, besides not naming many politicians/ceos on it.
Notice how much he loves putting his name on things, then wonder why he took his name off his modeling agency.
Yet he will steal the mid-terms and nothing will happen. He's not going away any time soon and even if he suddently dies, he has created a guideline for the republicans to keep the power. US democracy was done the day he got elected for the second time. I just hope the US will fall in a civil war soon so the rest of the world have a chance to make it.

He’s been president with all the courts, senate and house in his favor for nearly 2 years. He can’t even make up something convincing enough to his own party to do something with it.
Maybe he is trying to bankrupt the US government by lawsuits, nintendo style.
As I recall he won one case but it was inconsequential. An election observer was asked to step back and apparently that was wrong. But no real impropriety with counting happened.
That was like one specific small point of a larger case.
He looks like such a miserable human being. Take a good look, this is what it looks like when a kid grows up who didn't get a hug from their parents.
