One thing that frustrates me is, years ago we would have said this about Vladimir Putin - another man causing tons of harm to the world. But people rich enough to pay top doctors seem to hold on a long time.

You could probably do one for each valid UTC offset pretty easily since I think that's < 50 people (though I'm not sure of any weird shenanigans or offsets with no land or something, but boats are a thing). Actual timezones is a whole can of worms, but close enough is close enough.
