Im ok calling the american half 'Lake Epstein" but the canadian half is Lake Ontario.

So if the US can just randomly rename stuff that doesn't belong to them, Canada can too. I want to see them rename the entire United States to "Trump is a Pedophile". That'll look great on Google maps!
I'd also like to unilaterally rename Ontario, California (ie: Ontario, CA) for creating unnecessary confusion.
Maybe they'll choose to rename it themselves? Like, maybe Manitoba, CA? That's got a nice ring to it!
This is what I came here to say or updoot if already said. Pleeeeeease make it happen. I would absolutely love if the rest of the world just started renaming shit in and around the US.
The US has a long history of changing the names of things because โfuck youโ, Mt McKinley is actually Denali for instance.

Oh no, a rapist is calling to rename a lake in a country where 1/2 the population can barely read.
I am quite happy that Canada is diverting away from this dumpster fire of a country.
Trump cannot force Canada to follow his preferred naming convention, however.
Trump cannot force anyone outside of the USA to respect his childish renaming bullshit.

He can call it what he will, but Canadians still call the Rogers Centre the SkyDome over 20 years later.

No Lake Michigan is Lake Epstein. Don't need to rename Canada's great lakes and Lake Michigan is all in their borders. Also that is the one the FBI complaint alleges Trump witnessed the newborn of a 13 yr old Epstein victim murdered and dumped. If people want to get under his deathly orange skin run with that one.

In response, the City of Toronto can propose renaming the Green Lane Landfill to the Donald J. Trump Memorial Landfill, or Donald Dump for short.

The American polls are against Trump on this issue. Just under 4 in five (79%) of Americans have a favorable impression of Canada. They may not be following the trade talks, but this message was directed at Americans, and it is hard for them to miss. Why is Trump so visibly trash-talking Canada? It has absolutely no political up side, with no hope it will be favorable to those Republicans who are facing Senate and House elections in three months. The more that Republicans distance themselves from Trump, the easier it is for Vance.
