In the water wars documentary, Holes, it was proven that children and young adults could work all day in the sun without any significant amount of water. Therefore your allocation of water will be limited further until morale improves. Woke unionized overpaid bureacrats just want to take all your money to waste water, instead of using that money for useful datacenters and more oil drilling.

Can you imagine taking health and wellness advice from The Wall Street journal? Jesus.
The article seems to be a list of ~~products you can buy~~ things you can drink to get your daily hydration that aren't boring old water.
It's also good for tooth and gum health to drink water throughout the day, it helps keep them clean between brushing.
