Wife has read his book "Camp Damascus", I have (but haven't started) "Bury Your Gays". For all his silly (and absolutely based af books) he also proves that he not just a one trick shockjock author (though he does love the irony of pretending to be one). Also, bonus, no AI.
I can highly recommend 'Bury your gays' as an extremely good time (provided you like horror). I've seen him in panels a few times and man, he's just so much fun. Nutty as you'd expect, but in such a wholesome way.

Camp Damascus is... not well written but is somehow very readable despite that, and as the main character is a very shielded autistic woman it does make sense. Would recommend. Also Harriet Porber and the Bad Boy Parasauralophus, which unironically has a better defined magic system than Harry Potter!
