It misses at least 2 more. Full on sweater + sweater pants and my favorite on winter, sweater + shorts or underwear. You pull the blanket from the feet up so it is easier to regulate warmth than with pants and shirt for example.

I hate clothes but my autism variety is socks on always
Imagine this... It's -10C outside, 4am so the solar batteries have drained and the heating stopped an hour ago. The winter duvet is amazing, but the bathroom is a tiled floor. By the time you're done peeing, even the socks are starting to get cool. You rush back into bed, carefully not slashing the warm duvet with your diamond nipples.
That's more of an answering the door kind of outfit.

Cold feet
I’m a 3 all the time. Central Texas.
1 most of the year, 5 if it's summer, 3 if it's still over 90F in my bedroom (all time high was 105F) when I'm trying to sleep.
I sleep in whatever I pass out in.
Implying nobody sleeps with a shirt, pants, and socks.
Being naked is the only right way to sleep. You can also wear socks if you extra kinky.

Normally 6, but if it gets really cold it's 4. That way my wife can actually see it's cold when I get out of bed.
Same. My wife always needs to have the bedroom window open (at least a little bit) for fresh air, no matter how cold it gets and my shoulders hurt pretty badly after a full night of cold air on my upper back. A t-shirt solves that.
