Tundra Swans are much smaller than Trumpeters. But the giveaway to me is the little white spot near the Tundra's eye.
That or the pages are littered with paragraph-long highlights, underscores, and "THIS!!!" in the margins but no critical thought or insights on the passages
The closer one is the tundra swan, but there's no way I'd know that in person if they are moving around and such. That hunter is absolutely correct

Man that's a weird photo. The lighting is strange, the shadows make the photo unnecessarily busy. Only one of the four has a natural smile. Melania is wearing a black leather dress for some reason? Why do most of them have weird hand positions? Also why are none of them touching their spouses?
I have a friend that jokes about stealing her dog's kennel so her kids and pets don't pile on her while she's trying to study. That's one way to enforce boundaries I guess lol
My grandmother fully believed in sasquatch as a species, with subspecies in various environments. The ones where she grew up in the northeast were apparently larger, less hairy and more fat than the ones in the swamps where I grew up. To this day I still think she had just seen hunters, but she knew what she saw lol
