It is actually legal. We know he used the pardon in a corrupt way, but the pardon being upheld for people who haven't gone through court yet has legal precedent dating back to the civil war.

I'm pretty sure the way Trump wrote the pardon for Jan 6th (extremely vaguely) means this guy will get a pardon.

It's extra funny when you realize how filtered this picture is towards that Mar-a-Lago look. She's definitely pretty, but she doesn't look like this

Ngl I'm confused by this reference, because that clearly is not the same picture as this. And I can't find a reputable source for this image either.

I Genuinely feel that passing off AI or photoshopped images of Trump and teenagers as real and evidence of his guilt is not doing anything helpful. For example: my grandmother could hear that some of the viral images are AI, and she'd dismiss the entire lot as fake news

Yeah, this one is a little boron

Bandcamp is what my bands like to use. They often have events (Bandcamp Fridays) where 100% of purchases go to the artists. Some bands also make decent money off merch sales from their own storefronts

Since day one, we have stood with the artist community against piracy, and we are actively working with our industry partners to protect creators and defend their rights.

Lmao. They protect and defend artist rights so hard they they've refused to pay a fair compensation, and have taken it further by promoting AI artists over actual artists. This statement is almost comical after it was reported that they've had copy cats to replace King Glizard and the Lizard Wizard when they pulled their albums from Spotify

I can't believe the other guy doesn't even ponder his orb

I'm agender, but my body is very clearly gendered

I agree that it's annoying that people assume someone's gender, but we also have to give people some grace. Most humans fit into one of two boxes, and the other boxes are on a shelf that is slightly out of reach and easily forgotten

I might be lucky in this, but people usually get the idea that I'm not cis if I ask for their pronouns while we're in the introductory phase

It hasn't been updated, let alone the dev hasn't been online, for over a year and a half. Mind you the dev is still taking subscription payments for an app that is rather broken at this point. Most of the other apps don't require payments and don't have ads. It'll fully be broken when Lemmy 1.0 releases. Compare that to any number of Lemmy apps that have been continuously updated without ads or subscriptions.

What features you like in an app will be your own! But, I'm on android and have been very happy with Voyager. The dev is responsive, and it's one of the handful I know that now also work with piefed.
