Yeah maybe. This one is still pretty sussy to me though. The press conference 30 minutes later where they're all laughing and chumming it up, showing absolutely no fear or any semblance of distress, coupled with the very unified messaging about how this latest attempt makes the White House ballroom all the more important. I don't actually think this is some elaborate plot to win back the public's favor or even anything sinister, like an attempt at justifying martial law. I think it's very obvious what this was, because they told us directly. I think this is them trying to get that ballroom lawsuit dismissed so that Trump can continue his personal bunker project. Not because he thinks he needs a bunker mind you - because all the other billionaires have one, Trump is too cheap to pay for his own, and he can have this one built on the taxpayers' dime.
