While I don't doubt it to be true, I'd really love a better source than "trust me bro" on Twitter.
It's been a messy process, but that 300B number is something that's been floating around.

Trump reneges on his 'allies' I can't imagine Iran would see a penny. Then again they gave Argentina billions for nothing so who knows.
