No he's comedian Jonathan Harvey, writer of among other things the political satire "The thick of it" and comedy show "Have I got news for you"

I'm sure he'd get along famously with Stevenson though
He had to change from Lord Bucket head to Count Vintage. At least now people will stop confusing him with the world's greatest guitar player.
