That would be dark orange.
Brown is a whole range of colours. Beige, for example, is not dark orange, is it?
Beige is a type of brown, which is orange but a different brightness. Look at a color wheel and select orange and change the parameters for darkness you're gonna get the brown spectrum.
edit: since you seem to lack comprehension; light orange is beige; dark orange is brown.
What colour are #6e6e19 and #e6e686?
You again are saying that "dark orange is brown" which is not the same as saying "things which are not dark orange (such as dark yellow) is not brown."
