TN here - They don't have garbage cans or squeegees / window cleaners. The crap they sell is overpriced swill. The bathrooms are very clean. Food is fair and overpriced. I'd rather go to a Loves any day.
Basically yeah. They're impressive because they have big clean bathrooms and lots of gas pumps, that's it. They have occasionally saved my butt and having to buy a last-minute Christmas gift for my brother-in-law, but other than that everything is garbage. Expensive garbage.
