You raise a great point. The culture is there and blue states don't inherently have a greater inventory, per se. In response to the OP, would it be fair to say blue states celebrate and display that culture versus red states?

I would say yes? But it's a hesitant yes. For example, New York City is in a blue state, and is very proud of showing off its diverse cultural fabric.

But even in the bluest of states, the problems of colonialism and the United State's fraught [understatement of the millennia] relationships with the indigenous peoples of this continent still persist.
