Given the number of legit famous people Epstein surrounded himself with because he was, at that point, rich himself: no being mentioned in the files isn't a defacto "that person is complicit". I don't think Stephen Hawking, Bruce Willis, or Cate Blanchett were diddling kids either despite being in the files. DeCaprio... Well that one wouldn't surprise me.
I haven't looked into this, but you're right that a lot of people are mentioned. However, from the little I've heard of this, this guy seems to be more than a mention. From what I've heard, it sounds like he was an associate.
DiCaprio who has no sexual allegations against him, surprises you - but a billionaire who buys prostitutes in a spa suspected of human trafficking gets the benefit of the doubt?
They were probably referring to the whole “DiCaprio is afraid of women over the age of 25” thing. The man has historically broken up with women as soon as they’re nearing 25, only to start dating a new 18 year old a week or two later.
I believe his current girlfriend actually holds the record for his oldest, at ~28 years old.

Believe it or not, straight to jail. But based on everything I read about this specific situation that isn't the case here, so I'm not sure where you're going with this.
Kraft is a billionaire. If he was innocent and wanted to keep his name clean then he would have paid money to make sure the video was publicly seen. Instead he paid money to destroy the video. That's where they are going with this. You think kraft cares about the privacy of the 5 people that got legitimate messages? Nope. He doesn't even care about genocide. In fact he obviously is vehemently in support of it.
