Not knowing someone who's had an abortion: technically plausible, hard to confirm since a lot of people are private about it
Not knowing someone who supports abortion but hasn't had an abortion: so you have more thumbs than you have women in your life

As a woman who never had an abortion, never will, and has always supported it, part of me wants to meet him and tell him to go suck his dick. But most of me is just glad I don't know him.

"Having experience with all of the consequences of a given situation does not qualify you to form an opinion on it "
What he's saying is that pro-choice people just want to evade consequences and are not ideologically motivated. He's trying to discredit them by making them seem self-interested.
I'd say it's about as useful as saying "I've never met a hungry person who didn't also want your sandwich," though. Like, even if that were true, who the fuck cares?

From what admittedly very little I’ve spent listening to anything that dipshit has had to say, he very much strikes me as the kind of dipshit to stop you while you’re about your business, plop down one of those self-detonating hoverboards, jump on it and say, “If you spin fast enough, you really can bite your own earlobes, and I’m going to prove it.” only to promptly biff it spectacularly and knock his front teeth out.
So if a woman is pro-choice, she must have had an abortion?
