CNN once again showing a pic of Donnie from like 8 years ago to avoid showing his current deteriorating state.

[–] TipRing@lemmy.world 15 points 11 hours ago (1 children)

Only an idiot fights a war on two fronts. Only the heir to the throne of the kingdom of idiots would fight a war on twelve fronts.

[–] entropiclyclaude@lemmy.wtf 8 points 10 hours ago

But only a genius fights a war on 3 fronts

  1. Iran
  2. Cuba
  3. United States

We have not only seen our neighbors murdered, abducted, and beaten at the hands of ICE - now Minneapolis has FUCKING BOUNTY HUNTERS.

They’re pointing assault rifles at bystanders for witnessing their crimes.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago

this is a distraction. he's going after duterte

[–] oddpixel@lemmy.wtf 51 points 15 hours ago (7 children)

Tin foil hat time: he's dying and he's speedrunning as many neocon wishlist items as he can.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago

aw fuck cambodia is after cuba isn't it

[–] Dearth@lemmy.world 7 points 10 hours ago

He's dying and the death cultists that have infiltrated the government have surrounded him by telling him his salvation lies with burning the world

[–] Asafum@lemmy.world 22 points 13 hours ago

I wish. I think it's more of a concern about the midterms.

Not that "Israel First" Schumer would actually stop him...

[–] PolarKraken@lemmy.dbzer0.com 17 points 14 hours ago

There has 100% been a noticeable urgency to a whole lot of his shit for a bit now, agreed.

[–] FreshParsnip@lemmy.ca 10 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

He's gonna live to be 102 because life simply can't be fair

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 4 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 5 hours ago)

open up a kohl slaw restaurant in DC that uses exclusively day old mayo right by the white house and save us all
call if Sloppy Jeff's and he'll try to eat there every day

[–] jollyrogue@lemmy.ml 4 points 11 hours ago

That was the plan from the start. Save the foil for the grill. 🙂

[–] rozodru@piefed.world 2 points 12 hours ago

I think it's more along the lines of the administration finally realized the american people simply don't care/are apathetic to everything so they've decided to just go full steam ahead. Even the lies have become crappy or they just aren't bothering with lying anymore.

I think the excuse that they need a war to justify calling off elections is unnecessary now and they know it. They're just going to straight up call them off soon and use a dumb lie as reasoning and only use a lie just so they have something to say. "we're at war, no elections" and that'll be that.

The whole thing can be summed up as a toddler testing his limits with a bunch of absentee parents. And the toddler has now finally learned he can get away with anything because his parents are Ned Flanders parents.

[–] FreshParsnip@lemmy.ca 26 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

How many countries does he have to destroy before the world unites against him?

[–] ShinkanTrain@lemmy.ml 11 points 13 hours ago

Depends heavily on how white the country is

[–] xxce2AAb@feddit.dk 65 points 15 hours ago (2 children)

Oh, is that so? Because you seem pretty focused elsewhere right now.

[–] SinningStromgald@lemmy.world 18 points 15 hours ago (2 children)

He's lost interest in bombing brown people. The explosions no longer excite him.

[–] xxce2AAb@feddit.dk 13 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

He does seem to have a disturbingly short attention sp- Wait. What were we talking about? Oh, squirrels!

[–] supersquirrel@sopuli.xyz 7 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago) (1 children)

It isn't Trump's attention span that makes him evil.

[–] xxce2AAb@feddit.dk 11 points 14 hours ago

No, the flaming narcissism, psychopathy and child rape does that. But it doesn't exactly help on the volatility front either.

[–] Thteven@lemmy.world 6 points 14 hours ago

I'm not so sure. I heard someone say bombing for peace is like fucking for virginity and I think their excuse for both is it's ok if you just do it in brown town.

[–] ripcord@lemmy.world 3 points 14 hours ago

On his ball room?

[–] IcyToes@sh.itjust.works 38 points 15 hours ago (2 children)

No one batted an eyelid when they regime changed in Venezuela, so they keep going...

[–] ThomasWilliams@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 5 hours ago)

There was no regime change in Venezuela, the same people are running the place.

Iran gives Donnie a gold painted yacht and a choice of Ayatollahs (it a title you know, not a person) and the US will walk away.

[–] Atelopus-zeteki@fedia.io 12 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

My eyes went absolutely batty, and haven't stopped. Suggestions?

[–] IcyToes@sh.itjust.works 2 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

Stop being a decent human being. The world has gone to pot.

[–] Atelopus-zeteki@fedia.io 3 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

It's not in my genetics, and I'm not interested in crispr'ing out my human decency.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago

just go sit on a microwave for a few minutes. worked for me

[–] Akasazh@lemmy.world 4 points 10 hours ago

He only succeeds in hitting enemies when they don't expect it. I don't think the Cubans will be as off guard as Maduro or Khomeini

[–] Pat_Riot@lemmy.today 6 points 11 hours ago

He will try for total world domination till somebody stops him. Countries with US military bases are especially at risk. Every island nation should be nervous. Trump is nobody's ally. He's always been a selfish bully, attention whore and a pig, but the dementia has turned his evil and his chaotic up to 11 and the death cult is using that to further their goals to force judgement day.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 25 points 15 hours ago

Is this guy doing a speed-run through every crank conservative wishlist when it comes to bombing/invading countries the world over because he knows something about his health that he hasn't divulged?

Because "legacy"?

[–] Eat_Your_Paisley@lemmy.world 23 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

This man wants to vibe fight a second war?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 25 points 15 hours ago (1 children)
[–] zikzak025@lemmy.world 26 points 15 hours ago (1 children)

Fourth, if you count what he's letting ICE do to his own citizens.

[–] Bonifratz@piefed.zip 5 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago) (1 children)

I mean he ended what, 8? 9? wars - he can start like another three or four and still be a net peacemaker.

[–] randamumaki@lemmy.blahaj.zone 5 points 14 hours ago (1 children)
[–] Bonifratz@piefed.zip 7 points 14 hours ago (2 children)

I was joking in case it wasn't absolutely obvious. I would strongly contest the view that he facilitated peace in even one country.

[–] stoy@lemmy.zip 2 points 14 hours ago

I mean, Trump is a huge global unifying factor.

[–] randamumaki@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 14 hours ago

I agree with you.

[–] dhork@lemmy.world 16 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

It's frustrating how they're "really focused" on the thing that is not the war they started on a "feeling"....

[–] supersquirrel@sopuli.xyz 10 points 16 hours ago (3 children)

Fall? Is that a good thing?

[–] Asafum@lemmy.world 13 points 15 hours ago

It is to Republicans who salivate over the prospect of destroying socialist/communist countries or countries with brown people they don't like that have too much oil that isn't ours.

Ugh, I need coffee. I read "CNN Cuba" as a Cuban division of CNN, and wondered how that could possibly be.

[–] Atelopus-zeteki@fedia.io 2 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

I read it that way too, because I'm a native English speaker, and there is no punctuation. How would I know if some corp news media had a division in another country?

[–] spongebue@lemmy.world 2 points 14 hours ago (1 children)

I think the word "that" (as in, "tells CNN that Cuba...") would be more effective/correct than any kind of punctuation, but headlines have weird grammatical rules behind them so that may not be "allowed"

You know the singer from the super balls is not from Cuba but American.

[–] YurkshireLad@lemmy.ca 4 points 14 hours ago

Yet another war of distraction, though he’s also trying really hard to destroy America.

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world 3 points 15 hours ago

Let's just treat him like he knows a goddamned thing. Sure.

[–] circuitfarmer@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 14 hours ago

The sheer amount of vacuum in that orange head surely must be causing issues. I saw what happened to Oceangate. Granted it had more than one vacuum inside.
