Couldn’t you use a VPN to VPN to another country that doesn’t block piracy sites, then use a VPN to pirate?

Legally mandated return to office.
Like if they do this, I'm just not going to buy the stuff unless getting. I WOULD buy ebooks but most are DRM locked and can't be loaded onto my e-reader, for example. Most the games I grab haven't been sold for over 10 years by their publishers.

It is not as fast as the clear web. That's true. But if you are willing to wait a bit longer for something you are fine.

Your ISP can't really block it. No DNS needed Doesnt need any form of VPN.
